What are the working hours of the Adria Rent A Car office?

The company’s office is open every day from 00.00 to 00.00.
The company’s office also serves clients outside working hours, but only by prior arrangement.

Where can I get the car I rented?

You can rent your car from our office (Hotel Adria) at 207 Knyaz Boris I Str., Sofia.

Where should I return the car I rented?

When the period for which you have rented a car from Adria Rent a Car has expired, you must return the car from the same place from which you rented it, again to the Adria Rent a car office. The address of the office is Sofia, 207 Knyaz Boris I Str.

Is there a limit to the mileage my rental car can cover?

There are no restrictions on the kilometers that your rented car can travel.

Is the fuel paid or included in the price?

The car comes with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. When returning the car with an incomplete tank, the customer pays for the missing fuel at a price of € 1.50 per liter, as well as a fee of € 10. We recommend that you use mainly gas stations from established chains such as OMV, Gazprom, Rompetrol, Shell, Petrol, Lukoil.

Do I need a credit card to rent a car? Can I use a debit card?

When renting a car you need to leave a deposit with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) issued in the name of the driver. The deposit amount is not withdrawn from your account, it is only blocked! After the end of the lease it is unblocked. The deposit for each car from Adria Rent a Car is 200 euros.
The deposit is only by credit card!

Is the toll included in the price?

The price includes toll – vignette for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

What insurances are included in the price?

Third Party Liability Insurance. CDW and TP insurance is also included as standard. Read more about insurance on our terms and conditions page.

Is Civil Liability Insurance included in the price?

The price includes liability insurance.

Can I drive with a foreign driver's license?

You can drive with a license issued in another country. The booklet must not have expired or expire during the rental period!

Are the prices including VAT?

All prices announced on the website www.adriarentacar.eu include 20% VAT.

II. Reservation from Adria Rent a Car

Can I make a reservation by phone?

You can make a reservation on our phone +359 888 457 733.

Can I make an online reservation for the next day?

We recommend that you book at least 7 days before the rental date. Please call +359 884 348 829 if the rental start date is 24 hours.

Can I just make a rental request without making a payment?

It is possible to choose this option, but this way, you only make an inquiry, not a reservation. This does not guarantee getting a car!

What are the payment methods for online booking?

The payment methods are: Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

You need to contact us by phone: +359884348829 to arrange changes in your reservation, as well as the availability of cars for the time of change. We recommend that if you make changes, they are not at the last minute, so that the Adria Rent a Car team can react in a timely manner.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You need to contact us by phone to clarify the cancellation of your reservation. Reservations can be canceled / changed up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period, free of charge. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the rental period, a fee of 50% of the final rental price will be charged, but not less than the rental price of the car for 1 day.

Is my data protected?

III. After making a reservation from Adria Rent a Car

IV. On the day of receipt of the car

What should I wear when renting my car?

When renting your car, you must present a valid ID card or passport, which will be valid for the entire rental period of the car. Driver’s license, also valid for the entire rental period. See: Conditions for renting a car. Credit card for the deposit. The printed reservation voucher (can also be displayed from a tablet or phone or other device).

When is the deposit amount blocked?

On the day of receipt of the car, the deposit of EUR 200 is blocked on your credit card. The amount remains blocked during the entire rental period. The deposit amount is unblocked after you return the car to the office and it is inspected by a member of our team.
