The price for renting a CAR from Adria Rent a Car includes:

• Liability insurance;

• Road local tax – vignette for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;

• CDW – reduces the renter’s liability in case of damage of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess). CDW is valid only if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented. Does not cover damage to the vehicle due to driving under the influence of alcohol, other intoxicating substances or due to violation of the Bulgarian Traffic Laws;

• TP – reduces the renter’s liability in case of theft of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (excess). TP is valid only if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented and the car keys and documents are returned.

• 20% VAT.

Conditions, you must meet to rent a CAR from us.

When you rent a car from Adria Rent a Car, you must provide a valid driving licence.  Your driving licence should be valid until the end of the booking period! In addition to the driver’s license, you must provide a valid ID or PASSPORT, valid until the last day of your booking from Adria Rent a Car.

Rental period:

The minimum rent period is 48 hours.

In case of delay in returning the car after the expiry of the rental agreement without notice, the client is charged as follows: up to 4 hours – one rental day; over 4 hours – 2 rental days, over 8 hours – 3 rental days.

Payment methods and deposit:

When you rent the car you must pay full amount with When booking, you must make a full prepayment by cash / debit card, in cash. Your card will be charged based on “Graniti EOOD” – the name of our company. Possible payment methods are Visa, MasterCard. When renting a car, the Lessee is obliged to leave a deposit with a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) issued in his name. The amount of the deposit for all vehicles is 200 euros. The deposit is required by credit card!

Credit / debit card authorization and revocation procedure:

Upon receipt of the car, the deposit amount is blocked / authorized / on your credit / debit card, and then unblocked / revoked the authorization / as soon as the car is checked when returning it. More information can be found here.

Fuel:

The car comes with a full tank. When returning the car with an incomplete tank, the customer pays for the missing fuel at a price of 1.50 € / l. and a fee of € 10.

Conditions for cancellation / change of reservation:

Confirmed reservations can be canceled / changed up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period, free of charge. In case of cancellation / change of reservation, less than 72 hours before the start of the rental period, a fee of 15% of the final rental price is charged, but not less than the rental price of the car for 1 day. The prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of non-appearance of the Tenant. The advance payment made when making a reservation will be refunded in case an alternative car cannot be provided.

Extension of reservation after the start of the rental:

If the Lessee wishes to extend his reservation, it is necessary for him to send an inquiry by e-mail or by phone to the Reservation Department of the company. The price when extending a reservation is calculated according to the current price list based on the total number of rental days. We recommend that you ask for an extension of your reservation as early as possible due to the risk of running out of stock.
